Step By Step IP Card Tutorial

Setting business hour is important for your client to access you directly or indirectly. Some businesses have many processes and ready for business at specific time. Please fill up all the required field and press submit. An email will be send to your mailbox to confirm your account registration.

Step 2

Please go to you registered email address and click on the verify email address link to start your IBS AI vCard.

Step 3

Log in to IBS AI vCard portal with your registered email address and password. You will be directed to IBS AI vCard Dashboard.

Step 4

This will page will give you an overview of all your vCards. Click on the top right drop down to:

Set your account setting.
Manage your package.
Change password
Set language

Congratulations! This is your first step to create your personal IP. Please follow the step by step instruction in the PDF file for easy onboarding.

We currently have 19 IP Card templates that you can choose from. You can choose your color theme, or layout that suits your profile. We assure you that even though you can choose the same template, each IP Card is unique from the information that you upload. You can change the appearance of your IP Card as often as you want. Just remember to refresh your IP Card page just to check on the changes as different color theme my affect the visual effect of the content you posted. New templates will be added occasionally to keep your IP Card always fresh looking. Step-by-Step instruction in the file attached.

Adding a Testimonial is not a chore! Many times we have seen testimonial from web pages that we are pretty certain are fake! How can we use testimonial to strengthen our profile? The most common way is to write a good review, post a name and their position and if possible a photo. To be more effective, you can use real people and profile. Of course you should always ask permission before you post anyone photo or profile. I would also add a little touch such as the individuals website address or WhatsApp number or their IP Card URL justy in case they want to verify whether the testimonial are real. Imagine if the testimonial are from your client or supplier, it will greatly increase your credibility. the 3 Degrees separation rules applies here, somebody will know somebody and that somebody may know you! Social Media is a crucial part of any business. Many times customer would like to go social media platform to search company informations. However there are many times social media accounts are being banned due to complaint or illegal content. More often, companies have more than 1 social media account. You can tie all these accounts here. You can also add additional links on the ADD button. You can also choose your own icon. Only completed information will be displayed. Adding services to your IP Card is a very suitable function for service based industry. You can name the type of service and a short description of the services that you provide. For the URL section, you can get very creative. For example, for legal firm, you can use the service function to promote a different lawyer for different specialization. For URL, you can include their WhatsApp contact i.e. http://wa.me/60YourNumber for a redirection to the person in charge. I have seen a URL redirection to a introduction video. The most common is redirection to the payment page.

The product category is a flexible summary of your products. Here you can insert 1 photo, name the price (if you have registered, PayPal or Stripe account), you can directly get your customer to make purchase directly. As this is a product summary, you can also redirect to your actual website, your ecommerce page or some instances re-directing to Shoppee or Lazada page. Adding Blog to your IP card is a useful function to include write-ups, tutorials or even Frequently Asked Questions. For some industry this will be suitable to add white papers or project proposals. For education sector you can include case studies et cetera. For Food & Beverages industry, you can include nutrition information, ingredients or even recipe. Remember, you can always edit these information whenever you need.
