Ms. Sovine Goh boasts an impressive background in business development and coaching, currently holding several notable positions across various organizations. She is the founder of So Ventures Sdn Bhd and serves as the general partner at a private equity (PE) fund named Aspiration Capital PLT.

With her experience as a capital consultant at an international capital consulting firm, Sovine has assisted small and medium-sized enterprises in growing their businesses through equity and capital strategies. She has conducted numerous business health checks and one-on-one consultations, aiding over 200 entrepreneurs. Her current focus is on coaching entrepreneurs across diverse industries.

Sovine launched So Ventures Sdn Bhd to provide business training and coaching, specializing in equity and fundraising advisory. Concurrently, as the general partner at Aspiration Capital PLT, she oversees investments in IPOs and high-growth unlisted companies, leveraging a value and growth investing approach.

At the same time, Sovine is also a wealth flow coach. She integrates the wealth flow simulation into her coaching and consulting services, helping entrepreneurs uncover blind spots in their businesses through simulation exercises, enhancing their business awareness and adversity management skills.

Academically, Sovine holds a Graduate Diploma in Portfolio Management from Skills Recognition International Australia (SRI. AUS) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs Management with a major in International Business from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

She is a certified NLP practitioner from NLP University, U.S., integrating NLP techniques into her coaching and advisory services. Additionally, Sovine is a registered trainer with the Government Human Resources Development Berhad (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) and is also part of the training team for BNI, an international business networking platform, where she trains entrepreneurs from various industries and backgrounds.
